Dear Scott, your ankle rehab program was a God send. I sprained my ankle pretty bad two months ago. I went to see a local Orthopedic doctor a few hours after my fall. They left me at the waiting room for 2 hours. I was in so much pain that I could barely hold it together.The doctor explained nothing about my condition and just forced my foot into a small boot. Fortunately I had family with me and they took good care of me so that I could rest my foot. I sprained my ankle in June 2016. Your program worked great, however I know I should have done the exercises way more because I am still slightly stiff. I have the same range of motion as my good ankle, but I can feel slight stiffness so that it’s not like the good ankle. I plan to utilize your program this fall for sure. Thank you so much for your wonderful program! I sprained my ankle on Monday, I was running up the steps to get my son, tripped and fell. My foot went top side down at an angle and my butt came crashing down on it I heard a loud pop yelled OW and continued up the stairs. Over the next few hours I kept stretching going up on my toes to be sure I still had range of motion and it did not hurt too bad just felt like I had banged it. Well later on I laid down for about an hour after putting ice on it and when I got up I was in such excruciating pain that I could not put any weight on the sore foot. I googled ankle sprains and saw an athletes blog where he put his foot in an ice bath (he also stated that he sprained his ankle several times over the past couple years) I decided to try the ice bath because I had never had an injury like this before. I soaked my foot for 5 minutes dried it off then proceeded to wrap it in an ace bandage. Within 10 minutes my foot swelled up terribly! On the bottom the sides and the ankle now when I fell the way I came down on it I hit where the cuboid bone is thats where the goose egg was originally now it had spread. I called my husband crying telling him he needed to take me to the hospital. Went and got xrayed they said I was good to go nothing broken. Wrapped my foot in an ace bandage slapped on an air cast and gave me crutches. I’m a stay at home mom that cooks a lot I knew right away that I had to find a way to get better faster. I slept with the air cast on the first night the next morning I was desperate to find something to fix my foot I began searching like crazy. I found references to your system and went ahead and took a chance. I am SO glad I did!! I started the program and by the end of the second session I could bear weight on the foot. Admittedly I did too much working through the range of motion exercises and my foot swelled a bit on Tuesday. Each day I did I followed your therapy directions to a T with the exception of the exercises, I decided to wait until the swelling and pain had diminished more before moving on to them. Today is Friday AND my foot looks almost NORMAL! There is some very slight discoloration but most of the swelling has subsided I can see the veins in the top of the foot now! Thank you thank you thank you!! SO much! I can walk pain free I have almost all of my ankles range of motion back I will continue to do this for the next 2 weeks and plan on adding in the exercises Thanks again!

I went to the doctor and found out I had a stage 2 (out of 3) ankle sprain. My daughter was just cleared by her orthopedic doctor to return to the soccer field 3 weeks from the date of the sprain with the injury originally diagnosed as a severe grade 2 and a time table of 6-8 weeks. Back in the summer of 2009, I sprained my ankle really bad, putting a damper on a two week camping trip that myself and my family had gone on. I sprained my ankle doing a 10k trail race in Hawaii on 2 Dec. It was a class II sprain. Not such a bad thing except I had a marathon to run 7 days later! I had been training hard for this marathon and really wanted to complete it and do well. Everyone was skeptical and kept telling me I couldnt/shouldnt run the marathon. Im naturally a positive thinking and I didnt want to let their limitations stop me. So I found the ankle rehab program. I followed it to the T and 5 days later I was able to do an easy jog with no pain. So I decided that YEP I would be running the marathon. I ran the Honolulu marathon 7 days after my sprain in 3hrs 55 mins! A 22 min PR from my last marathon 12 months earlier. I work in an office and have to type about 4-6 hours a day. My hands usually hurt during the day, but were absolutely throbbing at night. Hard to sleep through it. I started wearing a brace and it helped a little bit, but when I took it off, my wrist killed. I really loved the simplicity of the videos and I was able to put it to work the first night. I had terrible pain in my right wrist, tingling in my arm and my hand had gotten so weak that it was hard for me to hold anything (I dropped my phone at least 5 times and it eventually cracked – even with a sturdy case!) I was having trouble sleeping and taking pain killers to get me through the day… I was also wearing a brace and using ice regularly. Nothing was helping very much, so I went on a long search online to find better options. What makes this system so great is that it explains exactly why you have shoulder pain and then shows you exactly how to fix it. For me, I had pain in my left shoulder for about seven months and never understood why, because it wasn’t from an injury. Originally I thought i slept on it wrong, but it kept getting worse and worse. When I got this system, I was getting by on pain killers, which was not good. When I first started this program, I wasn’t sure it would work for me at all, but the more I watched the videos, the more sense it made. It only took about two weeks til my shoulder started feeling better. Now, I still do a lot of the rehab just to get stronger and protect it. I hurt my shoulder years ago playing baseball in a rec league and wasn’t wasn’t sure this would apply to me. After the injury, I did about 3 months of PT and rested and iced, etc… but it just never healed right. A few months ago, a buddy told me about Malin Method and I figured I’d give it a shot. Went through the program pretty quick (not complicated), and I’m pleased to report that after about 2 weeks, I started seeing some improvements. I was able to throw a ball without shooting pain running down my arm. After another week, I was able to throw harder and again, no pain. Now, it’s been 5 weeks and I feel almost back to normal. I had an old tear in my rotator cuff that kept my shoulder in pain for about 7 years. I stopped lifting any kind of weights about 4 years ago, because it was just too painful. I was searching for a speedy recovery. I found this program and decided to try it. Within two weeks, I was able to move my shoulder again, pain free. I decided to decrease the intensity and go at my own pace. Within four weeks, I was playing basketball again and it has been about 7 weeks now with no re-injury or pain. This is my second injury to the same shoulder, so it should have been an even slower recover than the first one (4 months), but this was much faster. I also feel like the shoulder is much stronger and better protected so hopefully this won’t happen again.

I sustained a serious shoulder injury when I tripped coming out of a sprint while out for a run one evening. I could not raise my shoulder at all for 9 days (ugh!), but I diligently followed the the shoulder rehab program and observed how my shoulder improved exponentially each day. First, mobility increased and pain subsided. Then, I could start raising the arm and later with weights (albeit with light weights). Finally, the strengthening exercises have helped me regain a normal range of motion, strengthen the tendons/ligaments, and rebuild muscles that seemed to have atrophied quickly. Based on how injured I was, I was really surprised how quickly recovery seemed to go. Right now, my shoulder is still about 90-95% recovered (it has been about 5 weeks), and the only reason I know this is because I have been overdoing it all day (moving!). I just want to say thank for providing so many resources on this injury at a reasonable price. I hurt my right shoulder end of Feb. during indoor soccer. Long story short, I am very active but the PT I was receiving was expensive and the particular therapist I was assigned to was not going in a direction that I had success with in the past. My son hurt his shoulder playing baseball last spring. He’s a pitcher and threw out his arm trying to learn the slider. The team trainer gave him some exercises, but it didn’t help very much. He iced it and tried to push through the pain, but eventually had to miss the rest of the season. Over the summer, we started looking for options. I’ve had a frozen shoulder for about a year now. I’d seen a number of doctors, physical therapists, etc. but been consistently disappointed that it never yielded better results. There were some improvements, but my shoulder was definitely still painful and hard to move. I didn’t have a specific incident that lead to my shoulder pain. But, when I would throw a football, or shoot a basketball, I’d get a shooting pain along the outside of my shoulder and down the arm. I stopped lifting, because I didn’t want to do any more damage, then I rested for about a month and it improved somewhat, but it never fully went away. I started this system 10 days ago and now the pain is completely gone. I figure this system saved me at least $500 from going to a therapist. And I was able to do it at home, which made it alot easier for me.

I’ve had low back issues for about 10 years. The sciatica would sometimes come and go, but always got worse from too much sitting. Planes were especially tough, which was hard for me, since I travel a lot. Only people who’ve had low back problems can relate to what it’s like. You feel like your whole body is so stiff, it’s like you’re made of stone. It was brutal agony every day for me. I had a bulging disc in my lower back (between L4 and L5). First, I was taking 5 tylenol a day. Then, I bumped it up to prescription anti-inflammatories (celebrex). Made no difference whatsoever. the pain radiated down my right leg so I couldn’t sit for more than 5 minutes at a time. I had to lay in bed most of the day. Thank God I was able to telecommute with work for a few months. My doc started talking cortisone shots, surgery, etc… I saw a good therapist, but it didn’t help at all. I went to a famous acupuncturist and it did nothing. Saw a few chiropractors. Nope. Nothing helped. I found this after digging around online for a while and I liked how Scott talked about fixing the root of the problem (posture and muscle imbalances taking pressure off the discs). the reviews seemed really good, so I went for it. Oh my God! Within the first two weeks, I was able to sit for about an hour. two weeks later, no problem sitting at all. No problems standing at all. Dear Scott, your ankle rehab program was a God send. I sprained my ankle pretty bad two months ago. I went to see a local Orthopedic doctor a few hours after my fall. I sprained my ankle in June 2016. Your program worked great, however I know I should have done the exercises way more because I am still slightly stiff. I have the same range of motion as my good ankle, but I can feel slight stiffness so that it’s not like the good ankle. I plan to utilize your program this fall for sure. Thank you so much for your wonderful program! I sprained my ankle on Monday, I was running up the steps to get my son, tripped and fell. My foot went top side down at an angle and my butt came crashing down on it I heard a loud pop yelled OW and continued up the stairs. Over the next few hours I kept stretching going up on my toes to be sure I still had range of motion and it did not hurt too bad just felt like I had banged it. Well later on I laid down for about an hour after putting ice on it and when I got up I was in such excruciating pain that I could not put any weight on the sore foot. I googled ankle sprains and saw an athletes blog where he put his foot in an ice bath (he also stated that he sprained his ankle several times over the past couple years) I decided to try the ice bath because I had never had an injury like this before. I soaked my foot for 5 minutes dried it off then proceeded to wrap it in an ace bandage. Within 10 minutes my foot swelled up terribly! On the bottom the sides and the ankle now when I fell the way I came down on it I hit where the cuboid bone is thats where the goose egg was originally now it had spread. I called my husband crying telling him he needed to take me to the hospital. Went and got xrayed they said I was good to go nothing broken. Wrapped my foot in an ace bandage slapped on an air cast and gave me crutches. I’m a stay at home mom that cooks a lot I knew right away that I had to find a way to get better faster. I slept with the air cast on the first night the next morning I was desperate to find something to fix my foot I began searching like crazy. I found references to your system and went ahead and took a chance. I am SO glad I did!! I started the program and by the end of the second session I could bear weight on the foot. Admittedly I did too much working through the range of motion exercises and my foot swelled a bit on Tuesday. Each day I did I followed your therapy directions to a T with the exception of the exercises, I decided to wait until the swelling and pain had diminished more before moving on to them. Today is Friday AND my foot looks almost NORMAL! There is some very slight discoloration but most of the swelling has subsided I can see the veins in the top of the foot now! I can walk pain free I have almost all of my ankles range of motion back I will continue to do this for the next 2 weeks and plan on adding in the exercises Thanks again!

I went to the doctor and found out I had a stage 2 (out of 3) ankle sprain. Back in the summer of 2009, I sprained my ankle really bad, putting a damper on a two week camping trip that myself and my family had gone on. I sprained my ankle doing a 10k trail race in Hawaii on 2 Dec. It was a class II sprain. Not such a bad thing except I had a marathon to run 7 days later! I had been training hard for this marathon and really wanted to complete it and do well. Everyone was skeptical and kept telling me I couldnt/shouldnt run the marathon. Im naturally a positive thinking and I didnt want to let their limitations stop me. So I found the ankle rehab program. I followed it to the T and 5 days later I was able to do an easy jog with no pain. So I decided that YEP I would be running the marathon. I ran the Honolulu marathon 7 days after my sprain in 3hrs 55 mins! A 22 min PR from my last marathon 12 months earlier.
