Healthy blood flow
First, we have to gently and carefully get the low back to relax a little bit, because it’s closed off and in a painful lockdown. So, we’re going to end that red alert and create some space in there, so it can start to safely open back up.
Then, we are going to improve circulation and flood the low back with healthy blood and nutrients to dramatically improve the speed and quality of the healing process.
