Phenomenal
This program is phenomenal. It packs a lot in, but it’s super well laid out, so it was easy to follow. That’s good considering I’m somewhat of a novice when it comes to these things. Anyway, it taught me a lot and really got me thinking in new ways. I have to keep at it, but so far, it’s made a big difference. And my wife says my posture is better, so that’s nice too!
YES IT WORKS
I’ve had low back issues for about 10 years. The sciatica would sometimes come and go, but always got worse from too much sitting. Planes were especially tough, which was hard for me, since I travel a lot. I heard about the old S.M.S. system Scott developed years ago from a buddy of mine, but saw this was the new and improved version. I figured out I had kyphotic posture and from there, the program really worked wonders on me. The pain diminished almost week by week. I’d say by about week 5, I noticed a massive shift. My posture was better and the pain almost completely disappeared. Today, (9 weeks later), I am happy to say I am 100% pain free. And now, I know what to do to keep it that way. I just have to say thank you to Scott for creating this system!!

I’m a big fan of Scott’s. I used the H.E.M. Ankle Rehab program years ago with great success. When I saw he came out with all these new programs, I was excited to try it out. The low back program is definitely worth it. It’s thorough, yet easy to navigate. I found a lot of things in there that I’d never tried before. Only people who’ve had low back problems can relate to what it’s like. You feel like your whole body is so stiff, it’s like you’re made of stone. It was brutal agony every day for me. This program changed my life. It showed me WHY I WAS IN PAIN. Then, it showed me how to change it. It’s been a process, like anything else. If you have a serious low back issue, don’t expect to be pain free in one week. It will take some time. But changing your posture and all those muscle issues is worth the effort. Tremendous results
I had a bulging disc in my lower back (between L4 and L5). First, I was taking 5 over the counter pain-killers a day. Then, I bumped it up to prescription anti-inflammatories. Made no difference whatsoever. the pain radiated down my right leg so I couldn’t sit for more than 5 minutes at a time. I had to lay in bed most of the day. Thank God I was able to telecommute with work for a few months. My doc started talking cortisone shots, surgery, etc… I saw a good therapist, but it didn’t help at all. I went to a famous acupuncturist and it did nothing. Saw a few chiropractors. Nope. Nothing helped. I found this after digging around online for a while and I liked how Scott talked about fixing the root of the problem (posture and muscle imbalances taking pressure off the discs). the reviews seemed really good, so I went for it. Oh my God! Within the first two weeks, I was able to sit for about an hour. two weeks later, no problem sitting at all. No problems standing at all. I’m still taking it slow, but seriously… this program has brought me back from the dead. It’s tremendous and I love how I could throw away my pain killers. I don’t have to worry about surgery anymore. I can get through the day without any Tylenol. And it just keeps improving. I just had to write in a say how grateful I am. Scott… you are the man!!

Changed my life
My low back started hurting in my twenties. I was in great shape and worked out 7 days a week. I was at the gym, running 5ks on the weekend, playing soccer and volleyball, etc. When my low back started hurting, at first I ignored it. I figured it would eventually just go away. But, it only got worse and worse. Finally, I had to stop working out, because it was too painful. I put on twenty five pounds and then my knees started hurting. Ten years later, I was still using pain killers just to get through the day. My dad found you guys and bought it for me, so I gave it a shot. Outstanding program
Hands down, there is nothing that even comes close to this system. I wish I had it it 10 years ago. It really does work, I can attest to that. I’ve been an accounting exec for twenty five years and sitting at desks most of my life. I’m 64 now and have suffered with low back pain for about 18 years. I think it originally began after a bad fall on a skiing trip in Whistler. I’ve tried many other treatments over the years, but eventually learned to live with the pain. And I never wanted to get surgery, so I just figured I would have to deal with it forever. Never had results like this with anything else
I love this program! I have had back problems for going on 15 years of and on. I’ve been through it all… cortisone shots, PT, rehab, chiropractors… Stuff would work for a little while, but the same pain would come back eventually. I found your system and have been using it for the last 4 weeks. My back feels stronger than it has in years. The chronic pain has decreased so much that I barely feel it anymore unless I really push it. And i feel good about the fact that within a month, it will be completely gone. I’ve never had results like this with anything else. The only reason I give it 4 starts is because I wish there was a dvd instead of online videos. I guess I’m just old school. When I first went through the system, I loved how simple and common sense the approach was. I found that there was an immediate change in how I walked, stood and sat. It wasn’t like I was really even aware of it. But, my understanding of why I was in back pain really helped me to change things. Back hurts a lot less
I hurt my back two years ago playing in a weekly basketball league. I jumped and reached for a pass and felt a tweak in my lower back. Never been the same since. Have trouble sleeping on and off. Some days are worse than others. Since I have to travel a lot, I also have trouble on flights. It’s just been a nagging thing for a long time. I tried a well known chiropractor and Physical therapist, but nothing really helped. I’ve basically been living on pain killers, but I know that’s not a good solution either. I gave this system a shot after searching online for a long time and reading about it. I don’t do it religiously, and I know that would get me better results, but I have definitely seen a difference. I know I have Kyphotic posture now and that has really opened my eyes a lot!! Honestly, my back hurts a lot less. I’ve been doing it off and on for about a month. Simple to understand, easy to do and overall, a great program. So many things in there I never would have thought of, but they make so much sense and when you do them, you can feel the difference. I was probably a four out of ten on the pain scale when I started, but it was chronic and never stopped. I started feeling relief by week two and now (1 month later) my back pain is gone. IT REALLY WORKS
Like most other people, I was skeptical, because I tried so many other things that didn’t work so hot. I’ve had low back pain since college. I think I hurt it playing soccer, but I’m not totally sure how and when it happened. All I know is that it’s been hurting me for years. I basically just learned to live with it. I’ve tried everything (acupuncture, massage, PT, rest, inversion tables, etc…), but nothing worked. Anyone who has back pain knows how depressing it is… Then, a friend told me about this program… he said it saved his back. So, I thought it was worth a try. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but it didn’t seem like it would hurt. Okay, so within about two weeks I noticed a nice improvement. It still hurt a lot, but I was able to do things that I hadn’t done in a long time without pain (like put on shoes, sit at dinner without having to get up every fifteen minutes). Within 2 months, I was out of pain. There are a a few rare days here and there where I feel a little twinge, but I know that will be gone pretty soon too. Overall, I am out of pain and thank God for it. I never realized just how much I had given up doing because of my back. I was just so used to it. Last week, for the first time, I played softball and there was no pain. I feel like I have a whole part of my life back that was taken from me. I cannot recommend this program highly enough. Tremendous results
I had a bulging disc in my lower back (between L4 and L5). First, I was taking 5 over the counter pain-killers a day. Then, I bumped it up to prescription anti-inflammatories. I love this program! I have had back problems for going on 15 years of and on. I’ve been through it all… cortisone shots, PT, rehab, chiropractors… Stuff would work for a little while, but the same pain would come back eventually. Back hurts a lot less
I hurt my back two years ago playing in a weekly basketball league. I jumped and reached for a pass and felt a tweak in my lower back. Never been the same since. Have trouble sleeping on and off. Some days are worse than others. Since I have to travel a lot, I also have trouble on flights. It’s just been a nagging thing for a long time. Like most other people, I was skeptical, because I tried so many other things that didn’t work so hot. I’ve had low back pain since college.
