Healthy blood flow
The wrist is a sad casualty of the modern world. We sit at computers way too much, type all day on keyboards, phones and tablets, which creates serious muscle imbalances in the ligaments and muscles of our fingers, hands and wrists. The flexors warp into this hunched over position and get very tight, while the extensors get over-extended and grow weak.
First, we have to gently and carefully get the wrist to relax a little bit, because it’s closed off and in a painful lockdown. So, we’re going to end that red alert and create some space in there, so it can start to safely open back up.
