The program is amazing, it works! It’s working!
really solid rehab
Yes, this is really, really good. Is is as good as going to see a great Physical Therapist? I don’t know. I’m on the fence, since that is 1 on 1 and in person. I know that is definitely a lot more expensive and a much bigger time commitment. So, to be able to do all of this at home, following along with the videos, it’s pretty great. I still saw a huge improvement in my shoulder mobility and knee pain. Definitely a fan!
Not what I expected
I was surprised in a good way! I thought it would have just been for beginners, but there are a lot of things in here for advanced fitness. Yes, it does cover a lot of basics and foundations, but there are some gems in these programs for almost anyone. Really great stuff!

Watch it all
It’s important to go through all the videos. There are so many great tips and you don’t want to just skip around and try to piecemeal it. This system is VERY well thought out. My advice is to go through the steps as Scott intended. You will get amazing results doing the whole thing.
easy
Yes, it was very easy to follow along with Scott and Devin :). Each video is only about 5 minutes or less, so it’s pretty easy to just get the technique down and then do it on my own. there’s also reference guides you can download and use too. It has really helped my legs get stronger and now I can do hour long walks again, like I used to years ago. Thank you, Scott!
A little goes a long way
I was surprised how effective these techniques are… I only did a few of the techniques and exercises, because of a very busy schedule, but I still saw some really good results. I am going back now and devoting myself more to it. Great programs and really worth putting in the time.
Game changer
I know a lot about working out (been a serious lifter for about 20 years). Last year, I tweaked my knee playing soccer with my kids. Haven’t been the same since. Tried a bunch of different stuff, but could just not get out of pain and wasn’t really able to do squats or lunges without serious mobility issues. Was afraid to add weight, because my knee just felt like it would give out. Found Malin Method and started working with it right away.
BLEW ME AWAY! I realized so much of what I’ve been doing for years and years was just wrong. I was re-enforcing bad habits and muscle imbalances (hello bench press! I could go on and on…)

healed my back and shoulder
I had serious low back pain (sciatica on the right side) and chronic left shoulder pain (couldn’t lift my arm above my head). I’m 67 years old. I tried a variety of different things including physical therapy, electric stim, cupping, scraping and more. No matter what I did, even if it helped for a little while, the pain would eventually come back as strong or worse. When I started Malin Method, I was shocked to learn why the pain started in the first place and was able to trace it back about 15 years ago when I switched jobs to something that dramatically altered how much I sat and what I did. Then, after a freak accident with my shoulder, it just never healed. I started at the beginning and followed Scott through the programs. I was thrilled to start seeing results that eclipsed anything short-term that I got before. I started re-balancing out my joints naturally and worked out things that had probably been there for years and years. About 6 weeks out and I can raise my arm above my head without any pain. My sciatica pain down the leg is gone and I only feel twinges in my back after very long bouts of sitting, but I’m expecting that to go away very soon too. I’m so grateful for these programs. They are terrific!
Got results within a week
Had knee pain on the inner right side, just below the knee cap. It’s been very annoying and making me nervous I might sprain one of the ligaments at any time. I got the all access, since I also have back issues. Within a week, my knee felt much, much better. So much so that I went out and played soccer with almost no limitation. Best part is that I am strengthening all these weak points that I didn’t know I had, to help protect my knees. Excited to work on my back next. Love this program!

I was worried, probably like anyone else, if this program would work for me. I read all the reviews and liked the guarantee, so I eventually went for it. If you are like me and hesitant, let me tell you that this is the real thing. Scott’s program is a game changer. You will learn SOOO much about your body in very easy and simple ways by just following along with him. All of a sudden I realized why my low back has been hurting for so long. It only took about 2 weeks for it to completely change and the pain is about 50% less now. I feel very confident that it will be gone within a month. I had ankle, knee and hip issues for the last eleven years. Started with an ankle fracture which never healed right 11 years ago. Then, started getting pain in my right knee about a month after that. Then, started getting some hip and low back pain within about 6 months after that. Was never able to get rid of it no matter what I tried (pt, acupuncture, massage, etc.) and within the last 2-3 years, the hip and knee pain got a lot worse.
